In my opinion, the best ice cream you will ever taste. This is a local company based in nearby Egremont, following success and a long history the company branched out from an ice cream van to opening ice cream parlours.

This one in Cockermouth is an ice cream parlour and coffee shop. I think vanilla is the best, but they have every flavour imaginable - the ones incorporating local produce such as raspberries are also divine.

If you're not travelling too far, you can also buy the ice cream by the box load!!
